"What do I wear?"
During the massage, you will be under a sheet and maybe a blanket. You can wear what you are comfortable with. If you are nervous at all, it defeats the purpose of the massage. 

"What if it hurts?"
Please let the therapist know at the time. It may feel 'achey' but don't let it get to 'ouchie'

"Should I talk to the therapist so she doesn't get bored?"
You should take full opportunity of the chance to completely relax. Many get a restful sleep during their massages. This is your session, to spend how you choose. The therapist may ask some questions. If there are too many questions, you can request no talking too.

"I am worried something embarrassing will happen. What do I do?"
It's okay to make adjustments. Your comfort is of the most importance. As a therapist, I will not draw attention to anything that may make you uncomfortable.

"Can children get massages?"
Of course. What a great way to share.

"Who do I pay?"
Massage is separate from your chiropractic treatment. You can pay the therapist at the time of service. If you have a gift certificate, try to bring it with you for your appointment.

"Do I tip?
 It is a generous token of appreciation. Gratuity can be added to any charge but it's more important to feel like you can afford this service and received valuable service.
